Left overs from Tuesday night! Make a big batch of meat loaf on Tuesday night and try having heated up meal loaf sandwiches on Wednesday night. This along with a salad is great!

Wednesday's are the day to prepare for the weekend romance. Begin with a light salad of mixed greens including spinach, lettuce, and arugula. Thinly sliced radish with the red skins, cucumber and tomato squares. Then, dapple olive oil and shower lime juice over. Lightly toss with leaves of basil.

The main course is grilled chicken breasts, which have been marinating in lemon juice, and oregano. Of course serve with grilled onion slices and scallions.

The chicken breast is laid on the plate over a grilled green chilly pepper.

Carbohydrates to your choice, macaroni, or rice or baked potato. Which ever.

Dining set on a white table cloth, several fresh cut flowers in a short bases, and tall unlit white candles.

The drinks will be white wine or favorite fruit juice.

Conversation will be about humor of the day and weekend plans.

A good helping of chicken livers fried along with finely diced potatoes and carrots with slivered hot jalapeno peppers in a rich tomato sauce should be served hot and with about a cup of steamed jasmine long grain rice.
