is there a game you can yous kids or babys as weights on your legs or feet or arms for work out to be in shape.can you help me please and the steps please .thanks

Hold their arms (tightly!) and spin them around really fast so their feet leave the ground. They love it, but it's hard on your back after awhile. Picking them up and holding them in the air or upside down is good exercise too. They'll just want to do it ALL the time afterwards... Be careful though!!! Don't let anyone get hurt!!

Why the hell would you want to use 5 year olds as weights? That's a horrible objectification of human beings.
