I personally don't like it. I've done it a few times and while it gives me a good stretch, it never relieved any stress for me. I prefer classes with a little more "ummph" to them. When I am really stressed out jogging helps. I'd recommend some kickboxing or belly dancing classes. They are fun, fast paced, and in my opinion will give you a better workout than just doing Yoga.
This is a matter of opinion though. I'd suggest you go and check out the yoga class for yourself first. Most health clubs will let you try one class for free. Good luck!

Sounds like you are too lazy for Yoga. Maybe you should experience it for yourself, advisers only give you their perceptions of what you are asking. Yoga is a form of meditation. Meditation is great for mind, body and spirit. So the answer is YES>.
