First of all. No guy will come to you if you're begging for one and making it evident that youre want him. With that behavior the only guy you will accomplish in snagging is one that wants sex and a "good time".
Stop looking for one and the right one will come along. Its also pretty safe to say that if one is in high school (if you are) their relationship won't morph into a high school sweetheart type of thing, those generally are 60s ideals and are few and far between. Relationships aren't built on the same down home fundamentals that they were before. Because couples aren't serious.

The answer to your question (as it applied to me, anyway) is to be confident in yourself, and a good boyfriend will come when you're not really looking.
However, with the details of wanting to flirt and be everything guys want, that's a double-edged sword. Most guys want you to flirt with them, but with no one else. It's difficult to find someone with the same confidence, but my best advice would be to just be true to yourself and let your prince find you.

Be a good girlfriend now im not saying give him what ever he wants keep him on his toes then when you think he deserves it or is worthy of actually having it then you give it to him wait for him to come to you trust me youll find him and if not there are plenty of others out there just be nice and hell be nice and trust me keeping them on their toes works you have to tease them once in a while oh yeh and dont try to hard because when you try to hard trust me guys notice and yes.....it is a turn off

If he's the right guy! You will be everything he wants. If I were you I would work on being more individualistic, and finding out who you truly are. Stop searching for guys and they'll start searching for you.

dont put up with any bullsh*t from any man.
its not a question of what your attracted to in a man because you can walk down the street and find more then a handfull of men that you will be attracted to.
its a question of what you are willing to put up with from a man. dont put up with crap because you are worth more then that. demand respect and love will come as well.

By not choosing a guy just on his looks, you will get someone who you have something in common with, and he might actually be a good bf. Get to know the guy first, one date before calling him your "bf" just wont do it.
