None of the listed choices. If possible, eat light - several smaller meals is always better, IF you can get your hands some VEGIE BURGERS -- (Morning Star Farms: Grillers - Prime; or Vegie Patties) allow you to get full, have a delicious meal (as a guy, I usually have a Dbl. Patty w/cheese, with no fat Mayo (Kraft is best) and GET FULL, yet not be weighed down by a heavy meal. They also have a great Chicken Patty off ering.

You can also cook these burgers in a Microwave -- saving on heating up the kitchen (they usually taste the best from the oven -- BUT, do fine in a Microwave)

Also, trying to stay away from too much sodium (just makes you more thirsty, dehydrating you easier), of course you body does use/need sodium when its' sweating a lot , just not as much as usually in the above mentioned foods.

Hope this helps!

Why not cook the ramen noodles, drain the water, add the seasoning packet, mix well with a little soy sauce and chill in the fridge. Great cold dish you could add lettuce and chopped chicken to if its avail.

From your answer I would say chicken noodle soup. For my self on these very hot days I love to make pasta salad. Mixed with chicken, tuna, etc. These salad are very easy to make, done in about 15 minutes max, and the salad lasted for more than one meal in turn leaving you out of the kitchen over that hot stove.

A nice cold chef's salad or even a fruit salad. A fruit salad is even good for a dessert. You just chunk up any fruits you want, apples, oranges, melons (musk melon or watermelon, etc.) grapes, bananas, and anything else in fruit you want. Then make a sauce with: 1 cup mayonnaise, a 1/8 cup of lemon juice (depends on your taste), 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar (again to taste), mix it altogether thoroughly and pour over the fruit salad. It is great and filling. You can munch on all evening long and not get tired of it.

Popcorn. The other items have to be eaten hot or they don't taste good. Have you thought about having a nice salad?

I would go with the ramen noodles and add some broccoli & carrots or other veggies.
