Most religions are based on the fear system, you have to believe or you will pay. But if any of these "religious types" have actually spent the time reading their so called books of the "word", you can see how incredibly ridiculous that it all is (I have read them, have you?). All you have to believe in is good and evil and every one has a little of both inside of them, we just have the choice of whether we use one or the other. I watch all these so called Christians run out and spread hate. If you truly believed in your religion, then you would understand that judgment is up to your god...not you.

One thing that I find to be the purest evidence that the Christian god doesn't exist: Why did he create the early man, then flood the earth to rid it of them? If he was the almighty, then he would of known that it wasn't gonna work out in the first place. (there are so many issues like this one)

If you think it is funny you should have your funny bone examined.

What other people believe should be respected. You may not be able to understand why or how, but trying to be dismissive of it as you are sounds like you have problems.

People make fun of what they don't understand. Luckily for you Christianity offer an "out" for people with remorse (about anything really).

When you'll meet Jesus (or saint Peter as some would think more likely) I hope you'll react a little different than you explained in your question. If not, you should get a T shirt stating you are a complete moron. (actually in my opinion, you should get it anyway)

No kidding. When you start applying critical thought to a mythological system like chrisitanity, you get one of two reactions;
1-they ignore you and walk away or
2-they start yelling and screaming about how your going to 'hell'.
None of them will think about how ridiculous the whole system is. Because most of them don't think. They just believe. And faith is the antitheis of knowledge.
I pity them I really do.
Oh and If I was face to face with god or jesus, I'd know I was dreaming. It's the only place those two exist...

Hey kandigirl is that an example of christian love and tolerance? It's a beautiful thing to witness I must say.

You cant declare that thats how all christians are, because its not true.Mature christians dont go around saying "burn in hell sinners" There are immature people in every religion and atheism. Think about all the bad people there are in the world who also dont beleive in God, you cant just say thats how all atheists are

Not necessary to curse. In the end all will bow down at Jesus feet. How could you say such things about someone who gave their life for you? I'll pray that God show you, why a true christian believes.

i do believe that there is a God and that perhaps the way we live will decide where we go after death but i do hate those people who act as if they make that decision for you regardless if they are chirstians or not...that is up to God and not sinners of the same kind. if you want to decide for me then just say that you will kick my *** and you'll have more controll over that than trying to sent me to hell.

trust me i use to do crap like that all time, i'd would say just to live your life the way you wnat to, but always have god in mind with eveyrthing you do, i'm not a major "religion" guy, but i'd rather be the good person, than the guy that gets in trouble just for attention. I just suggest that maybe you should look at what they say sometimes, or just don't worry too much about it. up to you

here's an answer you won't here.

I won't pray for you. Cuz you don't need it. If there is a heaven, (which is doubtful) I don't think that "God" is going to be so mean and not let you in....unless...wait...have you commited any murders?? no? then yeah, I doubt you'll burn in hell for an opinion.

What is your problem?? At the least, Christianity should teach you to be a morally good person. Obviously that is asking too much of you.
