Oh my gosh! How beautiful IS THAT going to be :-D!!
The leaves will just be changing....BREATHTAKING!
Ideas? Hu, well, if you haven't picked our colors yet I would go with brown and yellows or reds and oranges to of-course accent the changing seasons.
Instead of flower pedals, the flower girl could sprinkle dried fallen oak leaves down the "isle".
Beautiful white chairs on eather side of the isle with lots of white tuddle ( that see thew stuff)with the wedding colors accented with bows.
I see the bridesmaids in a strapless gowns with shawls to keep out the cold. I am going back to the yellows, oranges, golds, reds and browns. How would black tuxes, black shirts w/ gold ties be...ooh! and then have your hubby-to-be have a white shirt.
or a theme of "cow-boy" could be cute, then you can do the hay-bales for seats and keep with the red and gold them. Have a pig roast and the dance in the barn. YEEEHAAA!

I think you may be talking about Coeur D' Alene.... If so, that is a great inexpensive place (doesn't look like much from the street) but it is called "The Wedding Chapel" It is an old church on 7th & Wallace. The gal there does everything for you and it is awesome. For 1 price you get the minister, d.j., wedding coordinator, flowers, punch bowl, cutters, decorations and if you want, they do candlelite weddings in the evening. I got married there and you would regret it. The gals name is Suzanne. Everyone that I have refered there has been married there. If the weather permits, she has a great outdoor area too!!! Check it out at least! Congrats!!

heating lamps. you can rent them from a party rental place.
use Autumn as your theme. it will be gorgeous.
have a coffee, cider, and hot cocoa bar. also serve mulled wine.
serve soup.
use dry autumn leaves (or fake ones) as place cards. weigh them down on plates w/ river rocks.
have a basket of scarves or boleros for lady guests to avoid a chill.
remember that outdoor candles need housing to avoid being blown out every other minute. think: hurricane lamps or candle lanterns.
string small white lights in the trees surrounding the area. very romantic.
ask your dj/other music right away about outdoor amplification to avoid complications.
use pumpkins to hold candles lining the way to the tables or dance floor. instead of scary faces- do wedding shape cut-outs (like bells and hearts and champagne glasses)
use chocolate brown table linens instead of white. use rust toned flowers (ask your florist about calla lillies in this color).
my wedding was last Oct. and that time of year is just gorgeous!
good luck! :D

It seems such as you have already got a great sort of the main significant factors discovered. you ought to start interviewing photographers, caterers and florists. initiate by making use of making telephone calls explaining often what you have in suggestions and if the expert says it feels like some thing they could be ready to/attracted to doing then make an appointment to look at portfolios and communicate expenditures. some experts have specialties so which you ought to be particular they seem to be a sturdy extra healthful on your journey. it may look a sprint tedious to interview many distinctive people yet you're "procuring" for the main suitable individual for each pastime. A tip: considering the fact that this could be a backyard wedding ceremony you could inexpensively upload flora by making use of going to a nursery and buying pots of flowering flora. it is likewise possible to purchase fantastically pots to set them in to apply as centerpieces. Christmas lighting fixtures are truly effortless to purchase on line for little or no money. For a sprint extra you may purchase some twinkle lighting fixtures to blend in. i do no longer advise making use of all twinkle lighting fixtures with the aid of fact it could look very overwhelming (rather like Vegas.)

whew your are cutting the weather close, i would try to be under a conopy or something, and make sure you have a path of carpet to your line. serve something warm like a cocoa fountain or hot apple cyder with donut holes. nuts are good, but it doesnt have to cost a ton to be romantic and memorable. Good luck
