Water, wine, mead, honey. Read the Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. It's all in there. Do a study of ancient Jewish customs.

I presume that you are asking what Jesus would drink if he was here today and not what he did drink when he walked the earth.
If Jesus was here today he would some times drink lemonade or tea from the big cooler in the Habitat for Humanity canopy. He would probably have some Gator Ade too since he was a carpenter and did real work and helped humanity. He might have some wine with dinner with his wife and kids (one of whom is handicapped). Yes, wife and kids, without having them you aren't really human and don't realize what real heaven and hell can be.
On the weekends he might have a beer with both teams after rugby, it's a tough sport but it requires being a good sport. He probably wouldn't kill anyone for wearing a different uniform.
He probably wouldn't go to church or put much money in the collection plate so some bigot could drive a Mercedes.
He probably wouldn't turn water into wine either; he wouldn't want to take away the livelihoods of his neighbors by doing cheap tricks.
He probably would go to biker fund raisers.
He might join Rotary and have coffee for lunch.
