Mrs. Grass chicken noodle soup, ice cold Vernor/s ginger ale, and any flavor of jello you like. It works every time! Just stay away from the crackers for the soup and put nothing in the jello.

A green leafy salad and a glass of red wine. You should avoid salty and/or spicy foods, as they will increase the bloating and discomfort. The wine will relax everything and make you feel much better.

Drink alot of water! As far as eating goes, I think you are supposed to stay away from salty foods. Hope you feel better, hun!

any cold and caffienated drinks will make pain, pms and cramps worse. try hot tea in your favorite flavor tea... it's really soothing... also hot chicken noodle soup is awesome... cuddle up on the couch with blankets with the AC up and pretend it's winter...and eat a big bowl of chicken noodle soup.. it will make you feel better... :P

Try some ginger ale or chamomile tea. (Tension Tamer tea is good, too.) You also might want to get a hot water bottle to relieve your cramps.

Don't drink milk...it cause more than enough unnecessary flatulence, and stay away from bloaty carbs. Try proteins to slim your tummy down.

If you avoid sodium filled foods (salty) foods--> carbs, pop, etc...
You will have a much better chance of feeling better & being less bloated! Feel better!

Dark Chocolate. Bananas have potassium so they are good for cramps.
