Melon: cantaloupe, or watermelon or honey dew. Buy all three, cut them into pieces, and mix them. Chicken fruit salad: chicken, mayo, pecans, pineapple or apples. Fix a big pitcher of ice tea or limeade. Buy some chicken and potato salad at the deli. Another fruit salad: strawberries and bananas. Jello! Grate some carrots, drain a can of crushed pineapple, reserve the juice, use lemon jello, cool it off with the juice[add water if the juice doesn't measure enough] add the fruit and chill. Or skip it and go to a seafood restaurant. Bon appetit.

Go the the super market, and buy some lettuce, and fresh vegetables. Make yourself a big delicious and nutritious salad. Don't spoil it with lots of dressing. Put on some extra virgin olive oil, and some red wine vinegar. You will have a healthy and delicious dinner, and you will be doing your body a favor, by not eating anything too heavy, in the heat. You will feel great, after you have eaten too.

Well if your in the mood for ethnic food, make some curried chicken and rice.
In the mood for Italian food, make some pasta Alfredo. with some garlic bread.
In the mood for good old American food, make some burgers and fries.
