I have just a few tiny red dots in various places, like one on my arm, one on my chest. To describe them...just tiny, like pin-point size red freckles. I think something to do with broken capillaries in your skin or something like that, and most people get them I think.
Along those lines, could it be this?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petechiae
Is says...
"...petechia (puh-TEE-kee-uh, plural petechiae puh-TEE-kee-eye) is a small red or purple spot on the body, caused by a minor hemorrhage (broken capillary blood vessels). Forceful coughing or vomiting can cause facial petechiae, especially around the eyes."
If you're concerned, no harm in getting it checked out.

Two possibilities - first, if you've recently had a coughing fit, sneezed hard, vomited, or even strained on the toilet, you may have burst some tiny blood vessels. I did it while vomiting - they go away after a few days. Mine were on my upper and lower eyelids. These are completely flat - if you run your finger over them, you can't feel them. They looked like tiny, bright red freckles.
The second possibility is an angioma. This is also no big deal, and they tend to run in families. I doubt you'd have a bunch of them all appear at once, but I suppose it's possible. They're most common on the torso, but also appear on the face, arms, and legs. They often stick up just a bit (some more than others) and if you run your finger over them, you can feel that they are slightly raised.
In either case, it's probably nothing to worry about. Watch them for a few days - if they fade, it was burst blood vessels. If they don't fade, and they don't hurt or change in size or shape, just keep an eye on them, but don't worry too much.

Yes they do.... when they have had too much Raki, they get tiny eyes, the face becomes red from shouting in the bar and the nose becomes flat after the fight! You should read this passage between the lines as the writer mentions the fight first and then comes ; Only that could go for everyone, not specifically Turks!

Those are probably pop blood vessels. From pushing or something. I remember I got those when I was in labor. Are you constipated?

Given your description, they might be pimples or they might be freckles.
