Taco casserole
Take 2lb ground beef, brown with 2 pkgs taco seasoning. Spread over bottom of casserole dish. Top meat with salsa (as much as you want), then sour cream. Cover that with shredded cheese and corn chips (not Fritos, more like Tostitos restaurant style). Cover again with salsa and cheese and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly and enjoy!!!

Shephards Pie YUMMY!
Get a 9x13 pan and mix 2 cans of tomatoe soup(don't add milk or water) 2 cans of mixed veggies (drained) 1 can of cream corn (optional) and 1 pound of cooked ground beef. Mix it all together and spead it in the pan and then make instant mashed potatoes about 6-8 servings and spread on the top of the mixture. Put in pre-heated oven at 350 for 30 minutes covered with foil, then remove foil and add 2 cups of cheddar cheese to the top and cook uncovered for 10 more minutes! Serve with garlic bread n even the pickest kid will indulge!.-

Fry up 1 to 2 pounds of hamburger (like you were going to make tacos), add about half to three-quarters of a 1 pound box of elbow macaronis, if you use 2 pounds of hamburger, then use the whole 1 pound box of elbows macaronis, add a quart jar of STEWED tomatoes. It makes a great casserole and fast to make. This doesn't have to be made just with elbow macaronis, you can get creative and try out some of the other shapes and styles they have out there.
Also in the winter time try frying 1 pound bulk sausage (like what you make patties for breakfast), add 3 to 4 cups of cooked rice, make a medium white sauce (as to how much, that depends on how much you prefer.) Add all together and bake for about 15 minutes. To get a little fancy you could sprinkle some dried bread crumbs and/or shredded cheese across the top for the last 5 to 8 minutes. YUM!

"California Chicken"
Chicken Breasts
Bacon
Avacado
Swiss Cheese
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brown both sides in a pan...continue cooking in oven at 350F, 20 min. or so. While the chicken cooks, cook some bacon, one slice per breast. Remove chicken from oven once it's done. Place bacon, slices of avacado, and top with a slice of cheese. Stick back into the oven til cheese is just softened (or to your liking).

How about a nice grilled chicken breast, a mixed salad, and some seasoned rice. Or mac & cheese.
