What do you mean burritos taste bad!? Are you using a good noted brand seasoning and are you using good quality meat? You may want to experiment on different brands of seasonings and see which one you like better. There is a difference in flavors and quality.
Are you putting all the "goodies" on top, i.e. chopped tomatoes, lettuce, black olives, sour cream, taco/burrito shredded cheese, salsa (not taco sauce), and for a change try finely shredding some raw carrots and put on it. It's great!
Try it and let me know what you think.

They don't. However if they tortilla is fried in rancid oil they can take on odd tastes.
