A size B thats normal .my teens would kill to have that bra size.
But I wouldnt be thinking if they are sexy or not..My 17 thought the same way when she was 13 and ended up getting her into alot of trouble.

um it's not sexy that ur thinkin about being sexy at the age of 13. like what can you offer a man at that age? anyway to answer your question, just try to embrace your body for how it looks, not what others view it as. you can't have other ppl thinkin your sexy or love you if you don't believe it yourself first.
