Why? Keep tour finger in the sun and don't water it. It will grow into a big cactus and have plenty of needles to poke your friends with.

Wow! Well this is going to sound really dumb but I was wearing flip flops and I stepped on a cactus and I has to use tweezers to get out these tiny tiny tiny needles and it was really hard to see them.

Good luck!

Try a good pair of tweezers, but if it's broke off already, you're just gonna have to live with it. It will be gone in a day or two. Don't go to the hospital, what fool wants to pay hundreds of dollars to have the doctor tell you they can't find it????
