Why? Keep tour finger in the sun and don't water it. It will grow into a big cactus and have plenty of needles to poke your friends with.

Wow! Well this is going to sound really dumb but I was wearing flip flops and I stepped on a cactus and I has to use tweezers to get out these tiny tiny tiny needles and it was really hard to see them.
Good luck!

Try a good pair of tweezers, but if it's broke off already, you're just gonna have to live with it. It will be gone in a day or two. Don't go to the hospital, what fool wants to pay hundreds of dollars to have the doctor tell you they can't find it????

Does anybody have a greater physically powerful concept?" i like the black salve concept, became it Denver dirt?

put neosporin on it, cover it with a bandaid. wait till your skin is really moist, and it should come out with tweezers eventually. you can also try poking the skin gently with needle to kind of scrape it out.
