make small changes that will add up to big changes over time. Try doing one of these things, and every week add a new one:
-drink 6 glasses of water a day
-park you car at the other end of the parking lot
-walk in place while you watch tv
-try limiting yourself to one hour of tv a day
-do 10 sit ups first thing in the morning
-cut your caffine intake in half
-cut your achool intake in half

the idea is not to try to do it all at once. It will be too much change if you do, and most often, people give up. So instead, just make little changes and when it has become a new habit, add another one to your routine.

good luck!!

See a medical counsellor to help set you up on a good diet and exercise plan. Take small steps. As you improve and start to feel better about yourself, motivation will increase and the cycle will continue. The hardest thing is to break down the old habits and to create new ones. Some days you will do well and some days you will falter. Don't worry about this and do not judge yourself. Just say, I did not do as well today and work to do better tomorrow.
