Ok, here's the deal. I'm 28 and have never really had any acne. All of a sudden I noticed what looked like a huge holE in my face (by my nose). Well, what it was, was a huge blackhead. Sooo being the GENIUS that I am I was at work and stuck a stick pin in it. Yup, it was a hole, left by a blackhead. After I removed the pin it started bleeding. A week or so later it crusted over to what looked like just a regular 3D zit. But then when that layer shed off I was left with a hole in my face where the pore won't close! Does anyone know how to close this hole, or get rid of this? Any answers are appreciated. Even if it includes surgery, I will do/pay anything! I can not live with it like this!!!!!!

It might eventually close up on its own. Or it might not. If money is no object, then schedule an appointment with a dermatologist and see what s/he says.
My ex-BF used to have a lot of "back-ne". One time, I noticed that what I'd thought was a huge mole was actually a gargantuan blackhead. So I expressed it for him. And when it was all done (there must have been 2" or more of sebum and other glop in there, and it must have been growing for years!), what was left was a clean "ice pick" scar. I told him that I was sure that he'd have a hole in his back for the rest of his life (not that he cared). But the darned thing closed up by itself in a month or two. So maybe yours will close, too, I mean, that hole in his back had to have been WAY larger than the hole by your nose.

Hmmm...I know warm water opens pores, and cold water closes them. Have you tried putting something cold on it? Maybe and ice cube. That's from my head, here's what I found on the net:
There is really no permanent remedy for open pores. Toner tightens pores temporarily, so make it a point to apply toner regularly, after cleansing. Also, wash your face with cold water. Apply foundation to hide open pores. Use a good quality foundation with sunscreen. Foundation is actually beneficial for the skin, because it acts like a protective layer between your face and the elements. This is the best way that you can conceal open pores. Wash off the foundation as soon as you reach home with face wash, and follow up with toner. Clean and Clear is a good face wash for oily skin. Also, open pores on your nose may mean that you have a tendency to develop blackheads. If this is the case, get your blackheads removed reguarly with the help of blackhead removal strips. Using a face scrub on your nose daily helps prevent the formation of blackheads.

Well, why would you stick a pin in a hole in your face? Ewww..
And ewww to the lady who popped her ex's huge blackhead. No wonder he's an ex. Nasty and I bet very smelly...again...ewww.
Anyway, you've just picked and picked at something until it's likely you've left yourself with a scar. It probably won't close on its own, and since you'll pay anything, get to a dermotologist. They have ways to fix that kind of thing.
And don't stick pins in your face anymore.

I dont think that you can get rid of it now that its that deep. Try going to a dermatologist and ask them...you could try microdermabrasion

i had this happen to me too. but mine turned into a mole, with a hole underneath it. yours might be an inverted mole. i've heard of those happening. go to a dermatoligist, as suggested. they might be able to prescribe you something, or hook you up with a plastic surgeon.
