Go to the super market, and buy lettuce, and all kinds of different, fresh vegetables. Make yourself a huge salad for dinner. Don't spoil it with lots of dressing either, put on some extra virgin olive oil, and some red wine vinegar. You will have a great dinner, and your body will thank you, for keeping a healthy diet. It will taste great, and you will feel fantastic, when you are finished eating.

Try a health food restaurant. If there is not one in your area, which I doubt, try a family restaurant. Eat plenty of salad, fruits and a lean piece of meat (fish or chicken). Good health!

soup is great!!! hmmm...brocili and chz soup from quiznos sounds good right about now. but im not exactly sure how healthy that is.
