First, it is mostly not your fault that you have excess belly fat (if that is what it is). You need to re-learn everything that this society has taught you about eating food. It has not just hurt you. It has made (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) obesity the # 1 health problem in the world, replacing hunger and infectious disease. So this keeps getting worse, not better. So you are a victim of this PANDEMIC (epidemic).

So if you want to continue being a victim then just keep doing what you are doing. If not, then take the time and make the investment in yourself to learn everything on the website below. You need to re-learn how to eat. Do this and you will get thin and healthier. Do this not and you will continue with whatever you have now.

You need to learn about getting rid of bodyfat, retained water and something else that gives you a bigger BELLY only. It does not make you fatter anywhere else. You cannot burn it away but you can flush it down the toilet after an enema (lose 5 to 20 pounds in an hour). This is a secret trick used by models and dancers before an event. It is only temporary without a change in diet but makes your tummy flatter that day if you are going to a WEDDING or REUNION.

But this is optional since there are many different powerful strategies to lose weight which are less time consuming than running an hour everyday. Many celebreties do that to stay thin and you can start doing that now if you want and it will work.

The very quickest way to lose weight is to take an enema and then to fast 3 to 5 days. You could lose up to 25 pounds but it is not dangerous since very little of it is bodyfat. Site includes info on fasting from 8 different MDs. It is great for health. Even Jesus did it. Plus it produces ketones, the most powerful appetite suppressant. Plus metabolism speeds back up to normal as soon as you start eating again. But it has slower ways of losing weight also. It explains how sunlight and sleep help you to lose more weight.

I have had the same problem all my life. I am healthy and active and eat well but that bump was always there. On June 9th I had liposuction and it's the best thing I've ever done. I handle surgery well but even so it was not that traumatic. Yeah the cost is a shock but it is soooo worth it. Don't rule surgery out. Most docs give free counseltations. (be aware that no doc is going to tell you you don't need it)

BUT - if you are 25 or under I suggest first trying a personal trainer at your gym. Most gyms offer one or two free sessions. Stick with whatever he or she suggests for you for a while. If you don't feel results think about a free consult.

Good luck!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

losing belly fat alone is not possible.
you lose fat on your whole body at once by doing cardio
that is elevating your heart rate and keeping it there for at least 30 mins per day, at least 3 times per week.
get a heart monitor, get your heart rate to: (220-your age)x .60
at least.

secondly you can stop your body from making belly fat by cutting out sugar, alcohol, white bread, white potatoes, and anything with a glycemic index above 55.

working out at the gym burns calories as well as builds muscles.. but you may not be buring enough to reduce the amount of fat you want. to do this you must also eat fewer calories... you can't always pick and choose where the fat will melt off from first, but it will guaranteed if you burn more calories than take in

i would speak to a dietician and a personal trainer so that they can suggest a meal plan that will help you burn fat while you work out. Sometimes when you join the gym these preliminary services are included.
