It's still the game of perceived leverage(gotta have hand). We don't want to come across as too eager, weak or needy. Not all are like that though hon. However, some men do have maturity and maintain old school values, treating women with respect and not playing games.

You have to accept the fact, that this is something guys do. So expect it, then you won't be disappointed.
Men hate to look too eager, why, I haven't a clue. But that's how they are.
If they take too long, be sure you get their number, when you give them yours. That way, you have the option of calling them.
Just say, you had a good time, the last time you were together, and hoped that you can do it again. Or just thank them for that night out.
At least you will be in contact again and judging by what they say, you will have a good idea, where you stand with them.

Its a power trip thing. If they keep you guessing long enough, when they do finally call you will be all like, oh its so good to hear from you...and blubber all the way. Women have conditioned men to react that way. If we call you gals the next day then you dump us in a week, but if we wait a week to call you, we get head the next morning after sex all night long. Don't hate the players, hate the games that women have created.

I think it has something to do with their fear of rejection.
They are scared and don't want to run the risk of loosing us so they take their time whenever life comes to something like this.
Give it sometime. And do make sure that his lenghtiness of wait is due to personal preference and not some ***** wanting to get him.

i know how you feel. i am in my late 20s and go thru the same thing. it takes them so long to call you, but you don't want to call them cause you don't want to sound to desperate or something. let me know if you get any good answers.

I dunno why my self, sometime I do that unconciously. Just because a lot of thing happens one after another so I forgot to call. It's just men's nature, I guess.
