Its really hard to answer such a question unless one knows the entire situation. There are many factors to be taken in account. How your best friend has responded to this. If she encouraged it then definitely she is not your best friend even though you might think so. And if your guy was eyeing her for a long time and looking for an opportunity to jump.. then he was not the right guy for you. Good that you got rid of him , think it this way. Its very normal to feel anger, depression , frustration etc etc over this incident but at the same time please do feel positive that sooner he left you was better for you. You deserve much better guy than the one who leaves you for your (so called) best friend. If it is true love between them then just forgive and forget.
Never feel that you were dumped, you are not a garbage bag that some one can dump you. C'mmon you are a human being. Just think of yourself how you were and what was the most important thing in your life before you even met this guy. Nothing has changed you are the same or even better experienced and you will be much mature when you enter next relationship. Right noww only think and feel.. that this guy is not your world. you were happier and livlier before he came into your life. All the important things like your family and friends are still there.. they are the constants.. where these boyfriends are 'variables'. Concentrate on your constants and spend more time with them.. i.e. your family , near and dear ones.. Do the things that make you happy.. like any hobbies.. go partying .. dancing ..just enjoy yourself.. fill up your mind with so much creative activities that this frustration will pass away just in a night, like it did to me. Good luck and just chill.

Put on a brave face and act like you don't care. When people ask you what happen tell them. They both deserve to be with each other they were both skanky or whatever else you can come up with. But no matter what don't let them get you down. I know its corny and played out but you will find someone else that is better. A real best friend would not accept your ex-boyfriend.

Get out and start making new girlfriends! and Boyfriends. Easy come easy go, I say. He and She weren't worth having if they had no consideration for your feelings.
Many a fish in the sea and a lot better than he!
Also, a good get over it solution is a pedicure and manicure and a new do! When you feel good you look good and don't forget that pretty smile to knock them dead gal!
Cheer up!
True friends are like Diamonds, Precious and rare, False freinds are like autumn leaves, found everywhere!

Disconnect from both of them.
Just act as if you never knew them, don't give them any attention what so ever and don't try to convince them that what they did was wrong, trust me it will come back to them and ANY human in their right mind knows what they did was horrible.
As for you, take in a new activity to help motivate you, keep you busy and get your mind off of things. If you started lifting weights or running that would help. Clinical studies have found that when you work out, you produce estrogen and hormones that are responsible for making you feel HAPPY!!!
It works, believe me, I run cross country in college and I'm always relaxed and I feel good when I reach my goals, besides I look good.

WHAT! THAT WHORE!!! i swear to you can't girls just keep their hands to themselves. if i were you i'd say good riddance to bad rabbit. they are both sleaze and scum for doing what they did and the best thing you can do for your self is cry it out. it might take a day or a month but you can let all those feelings bottle up in you cause it'll just get worse time heals all wounds. now i'm not telling you to throw a pity party for your self but just let the emotions out. be active go about your business like it was any other day remember there was a point in time that you didn't even know these people and they never even existed it's just time to go back to that. remember let it all out and keep yourself active.

ok first thing I would do is loose that best friend not much of a friend especially best friend if she is going out with him. The next thing I would do is go out and have fun with you'r friends forget about both of them you are better off.

Think about your future, finding somebody you love the most is not one of the most important thing right now. Finishing college, starting a career and living what you always wanted to do, is actually living your life. thats where finding somebody you love the most matters the most.

Looks like you will have to search out two things, a new boyfriend, and a new best friend.
Hopefully ones that won't do you dirt, like those last two did to you.

Hello, sorry but that kind of stuff happens.Every relationship will be tested and he failed the test big time!.. I know it hurts but you need to realize that it's time to move on and find someone better suited for you. That relationship will be tested too.Love can be painful sometimes but it's worth it when you find the right one. Good luck to you...
