I just started working out and I do not know If It Is better to eat before or after.

You actually get better results if you work out in the morning before a big breakfast. Eat a power bar before you go and bring your water. You'll notice results fast!

You need to eat a good breakfast because it will give you energy for working out. If you don't have any food in your system you will tire quickly and be wiped out for the rest of the day. If you are trying to build muscle mass you need to eat a lot of protein and drink a lot of water - and you need to do this several times a day.

Eat 2 hours before the workout (something with carbs) and almost immediately after eat something with protien
