I don't want anything too spicy, but I want it to have flavor. Something with tomatoes, onion, garlic maybe? I'm really not sure. Any good recipes?

I am going against all good things in this world by giving an astros fan a recipe, but here you go.

Salsa Fresca

1 Large can whole peeled tomatoes in juice
1 bunch fresh cilantro
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion chopped
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp ground cumin
1 jalapeno pepper roasted over flame ( or under broiler until charred)

Place all ingredients in a blender and chill for 2 hours. Check seasoning after chilled and adjust to taste.

Enjoy - I cant beleive you people pay Clemens that much to lose games for you!!!!
