I currently live in the state of wisconsin, and I met a beautiful girl at a store. We talked to each other for a little while, but I was to shy to ask her if she would like to do something with me some time. As I was about to drive off I read a funny license plate and I said no that couldn't be hers. Well she got into that car and smiled and waived. Who is she?? How can I find out how to reach her from her license plate?

Nobody will give you that information and take the chance that you just want to kill her! Hello!
It's against the Privacy Act to give anyone plate information. No Police Dept. will do that, not in this day and age anyway.

i am pretty sure that you couldnt find out this info yourself.

however, the police in some states in the U.S.are now getting new technology that will allow them to read your records (including whether or not you have tickets, insurance, and your person info).

but would you really want that kind of info to be accessable to anyone? i know you want to find her, but if you can find her other people would be able to get your info. be thankful for that privacy!

No. That information is private. If they damaged your property or something, the police can use the license to investigate, but they will not give the information to you. .

Depending on your local privacy laws, you may be able to get info from a local department of motor vehicles office. Good luck!

The only way is if you know someone who works at the local police station. They could get it for you. That is the only way I know of.
