I mean, aren't you going to stir it into your coffee, anyway? Won't that accomplish the same purpose?

They want to make sure that when you open the packet........ u always smell the flavor (whethere or not it's the right one)........and the only way to make sure that you do so is u shake the packet & when u open it....u SNEEZE................lol!!!!!!

not necessarily. because the powder settles in those little packets and when you mix it in the coffee in may still be a little unsettled and taste a little funny. Depends on how much u stir your coffee I guess! :)

Well, i'm assuming there are ingredients in the package that need mixed. you have to mix in in the package, because what if someone only wants half the pack, the heavier stuff will have floated to the bottom and you'll get an uneven mix.

I read that that the nutrients get stuck on the botton of the container and that you should shake it well so you will get the nutrients into your cup.
