OK here's the scoop on these products, they are HELL on your kidneys. They may promote bulk and fat burn but they are loaded with Creatine (something akin to creatinine phosphate which is a byproduct of protein metabolisim) It is not the same but it produces excessive levels of creatinine phosphate when consumed... The best method to gain bulk and burn fat is increasing your caloric intake of LEAN MEATS and veggies as well as incomplete proteins such as beans and NUTS which will also increase the amount of healthy fats in your diet. You will burn fat gain muscle and add bulk.

It's not really a good idea. Most of the calories from weight gainers come from carbohydrates, which will be stored as fat. So, assuming the fat burners you're using actually work, you'll just be lessening the effects of the weight gainer.

You best bet, if you're not currently doing so, is to combine the weight gainers with a weightlifting routine. That way you'll also be gaining muscle along with the fat you'll put on with the weight gainer.

Say you weigh 160 lbs, but you want to weigh 190...
Combine weightlifting, a high-protein diet (protein is the key. you CANNOT build muscle without adequate protein intake. Try to take in at least .8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight), and the weightgainer and try to surpass your weight goal by 10-15 lbs. Once you're there, cut back on the weightgainer (but keep consuming enough protein) and start doing some sort of cardio 3-4 days a week. I'd try jogging 30-45 minutes a day for 3 days a week. This way you'll lose some excess bodyfat and will be a leaner more muscular 190 lbs.

When you go to GNC, ask those people, they should suggest something. I dont think, you can take them both together. In my understanding, you go with weight gainers and work out. Forget about the fat burners.
