Jaundice can be caused by many things including: Liver failure, alcoholism, hepatits A, B, C, etc. , Yellow fever, hemolytic anemic, bile duct obstruction, gallstones, etc.

You need to see a doctor to determine the cause of jaundice. Typical symptoms include yellow skin, yellow eyes, itchy skin, mental disturbances, etc. Please see a doctor as soon as possible, as you may die from jaundice.

you get yellow jaundice when your liver isn't working properly, normally it means their is a blockage in one of the canals in your liver which you can have surgery for to be sorted out or have some medication. I know with babies they put them under a special light
