Could be arterial insufficiency. Check your pulse at the wrist. Nerves will cause numbness but wouldn't cause the finger to be cold.

you might have blood circulation problem.
that happens to me but on my feet. for some reason my left foots middle finger and pinky are cold most of the time and on my right foot its my big toe and pinky, funny huh? I was told could be circulation and was also told to move my toes to exercise them and blood comes into them, it does help.
