Try them, I am very happy with the work they have done and they are very affordable.

Check out the ASPCA or a local APL (animal protective league). If the Humane Society doesn't offer the low-cost programs, many other nonprofit adoption and rescue agencies in Ohio do. I live near Akron and went through our local APL to get the Friends of Animals Certificate, which is a discount coupon honored by area vets. It reduces the cost of neutering to about $40-50 for a male, and about $50-60 for spaying a female. If you're running into dead-ends near Columbus, check out some of the Akron area rescues (Precious Lives, Portage Co. APL) and ask them to direct you to someone closer to your area. There are lots of programs in this state and there should be one nearby. Some shelters (not the Humane Society) also offer low cost, mobile spay/neuter clinics. One in my area will actually do a same-day neuter for about $20. Most rescues know that it is much more cost-effective to provide these services at a reduced rate than it is to house a litter of homeless kittens. Good luck and keep looking - the programs are definitely there!

Adding to the previous answer, I know Ohio State's college of dentistry has a clinic that might be able to you out. Like the previous answer said, they are inexperienced, but just about to get their degree. Also they are at a somewhat reduced price as compared to many dentist offices.

There is a clinic phone number at the linked website to see if they can do something to help your situation.
