talk to the guy i like for 2 years, but im afraid of rejection!

Examine the pros and cons of not talking to this guy you like. As far as not talking to him, the pro is, he can't reject you if he doesn't know you like him. The con is that if he does like you, he won't know that you like him back. Wouldn't you rather take the chance and stop agonizing? If you talk to him, then at least you'll have a better idea about how he feels. If you're nervous, you can practice what you'd say with a friend, or write it down first.

Yes, you probably should. If you don't you may regret it later. Being afraid of rejection is normal, and nobody wants to be rejected or hurt. However, if you don't take the risk and you want to, then you will never know what would have happened had you taken the chance. Most of life, in my opinion, is trial and error. Yes, you may be rejected and, then again, you may not, but you won't know unless and until you do what you would you like to do. My suggestion is don't let fear get the better part of you.

If you have liked him for 2 years, why not just go and ask him out? I mean, you have a 50/50 chance with him. Rejection is not such a bad think, espeically after waiting for 2 years.

This is probably overrated, but TAKE A RISK! There's no harm in doing that. If you get rejected, move on. You'll find someone worthy of your love and attention.

I have the exact same thing! I've liked this guy for 2 years, and I've worked up the courage that I've decided to tell him I like him. I'm also afraid that he doesn't like me, but it's a chance you have to take. I'm almost sure he doesn't like me!

Don't be afraid... just go for it! If you're confident then even if he says no you won't feel rejected... plus it's good practice. Good luck.

just try it, i mean if your not meant to be then your not meant to be. my bf and i were totally opposite and i didnt think i would ever date him. but we have been together for 3 years and i couldnt be happier
