I am not a certified trainer, but am very physically fit and long distance runner. I have seen this device and it looks okay, but if it is the only thing you do, it could stress your ankles the way it makes them flair out to the sides. You would probably be okay using it along with two or three other cardio activities.
Anything that gets people sweating and moving, I am for it!!

Most of those machines and devices are gimmicks. You'll get the best results from working all of your muscles, not just one group. Watching what you eat and following an exercise plan you can stick with is the best idea. If you want results it has to become part of your daily routine like sleep and eating. There is no magic to it, just consistent work. You should find an activity you enjoy doing so that it feels like play more than work.

LOL...you put it in two places. I really wouldn't recommend this product there are more fun things you can do. I don't really think it works that much. However, I would really recommend using Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates. Where you target your belly, buns and theighs. The DVD is purple and black. Maybe that will help you find it in the store, if you so choose.

This is a new one to me, sorry I can't help you. I like the word "lateral" tho, as anything lateral will normally work the thighs, and buns too.

A few people I know have one and they say it works, though you can get them a lot cheaper from eBay.
