God from a Buddhist's point of view is very difficult to explain accurately. Only another enlightened soul can truly understand how a Buddhist would say. To another enlightened one it can be one word or even a smile, to others it could take a lifetime to explain. It really is a matter of being on the same page and not of a higher conscience. By the way Buddhists do not worship the Buddha. He was the first, if he saw then so may I.

I cannot define God from any of those viewpoints because I have not lived in any of those shoes. From my own point of view, I define God as an underlying energy source in the universe that we cannot fully comprehend or explain. I would also call God Mother Nature, or simply Nature (as in the nature of the universe).

Nobody can define God. God defines us. I've tried to define God, but it is impossible. God is...period. God doesn't need a definition. God needs us to accept Him and trust Him.

God is a spirit infinite, eternal, and unchangeable in being, wisdom, power, justice, goodness, holiness, and truth. This definition is sufficient from all standpoints.

if you can define God then he wouldnt really be god, right? i'll make a bold contention that all present definition of god is wrong and inconclusive. i have no definition myself. ive been waiting anxiously for a brilliant philosopher to come up with something conclusive

No it is not the same God in everyone of these religions.
-"funkid125" is not a true Christian if he believes this. His name is probably just Christian.

Everything is God. Yes Jesus was God. Very enlightened. Willing to sacrafice for the message that we are all saved and one.

All is God. Stars, sky, you and me. We are God evolving. He is experiencing as us.
