I joined a gym about 6 weeks ago and even though sometimes I'm too tired to go, I always feel better after I do. The exercise part isn't that great, but the results are good!

Yes but it is very hard to do by myself. If I exercise by myself I am not motivated and I get bored. I like to exercise but I need someone with me for motivation, support, and just to keep going

I do. I feel so much energized and happy. I get sick less often than I used to and I lost most my baby weight fast. Every morning I get up and do 10 minute warm up 30 minute run 30 minute muscule fitness and everynight an hour and a half walk with my husband and son. It is so rewarding!

It depends. Sometimes, I have a lot of energy and I am really excited to work out...other times, I have little energy and don't feel like it. In either case, I still work out because the results have been great.

No.

I live life the way I want to,
and if I choose to be inactive, fat, bald, and sterile, with a 20% higher chance cancer and heart attack,..... so be it.

besides, I have no qualms against possible dying sooner than if I was healthy. we all die anyways, so I'd rather die the easy way,
being a fat lazy slob.

Yes, and the trick is to find something that you really like, then it's fun instead of a chore.

Yes. I weight train and run, and I love both of them. Excercising gives you a healthier body and more confidence.
