how much value does your property have right now? not much. how much value would your property have with NO illegals next door, junking up the neighborhood, with their bright pink and blue houses?
your property value will skyrocket. that's what would happen. it definately COULDN'T go down, unless illegals move in next to you. fifty kids per household, three cars in the driveway, none of them run, sofas outside in the lawn, and thousands and thousands of cheap garage sale lawn ornaments.

I've personally experienced that myself.
What he's saying, Clipz4Life A$$ Hole, is that maybe he can't sell his damn house now because he's upside down on his mortgage because the property value went down because of the people next door!
Renting his house out won't help either, because the people that move in would probably do the same thing as the people next door!

Actually, the illegals have drastically improved the property value of my home because they fix the sidewalks in my neighborhood, plant the trees, mow the lawns, and develop the economy...they made Los Angeles what it is today. I understand that you are not making an attack on the Mexicans themselves, but it is evident that you have little knowledge in the area in which you asked the question

I am completely against illegal "immigration" but I'll have to disagree with you on this point.
True, junky neighbors can drive down your home's value, but the larger the population, the higher the demand for housing, the higher your property value goes.
I'd love to agree with you on this, but I just don't.

My association settled THAT problem, along with the city. You have 'x' amount of bedrooms and can have 'y' amount of residents in the dwelling. Too bad, so sad. Our property value has increased since this was put in effect.
