Dip unsalted Ritz crackers in melted chocolate flavored with a 1/4 tsp mint extract. lay on plastic wrap to cool and firm. YUM.

No way Hosea!!! I cant handle ANYTHING in MINT...and I'll tell you why....The first time I ever got drunk, years and years ago, I drank CREME de MENTHE. Well, when you throw up CREME de MENTHE the next morning, you don't EVER want to have ANYTHING mint AGAIN! haha! In case you don't know, CREME de MENTHE alcohol is thick green liquor....so I really ruined myself to mint candy for a LIFETIME!! But if you like mints, that's fine by me!!
