I filled out an online application for an aspire credit card and they approved me and said that I would recieve it shortly. How long is shortly? A week? A few days? Its just been 3 days but I was just wondering.

Try buying most of your stuff on ur card, pay ur bill son time they make most of ur history. and nevr go over your limit!

ths way u wil have an a+.

p.s. after about a year and so on teh company wil keep increasing ur limit if u manintain a sfae history so dont apply for one!

Probably one to two weeks.

Congrat's on getting approved, but:

Aspire is a very sub-prime card, loaded with fees and their customer service stinks.

(If it were me, I'd return it and tell them it's no longer wanted.)

I would suggest going to the Orchard Bank, Bank of America or HSBC sites. They have a card selector that you can do that will tell you what you may be approved for. The selector does not pull a hard inquiry. But if they recommend a card and you apply for it, they will pull a hard inq.

Keep in mind that even if they recommend a card, being approved when applying is not guaranteed.

If the only cards that you qualify for are secured, you would be better off with them than the Aspire card.

Usually, they will send it pretty quick (within a week). I'd cut it up when you get it if I were you though. Aspire has a LOT of hidden fees tacked onto their credit cards, and often times you will spend a lot of money just to hold that thing in your wallet.
