i need a quick deit that can help you lose weight in3-4 days that targets your thighs and butt

There is no quick fix. Any weight loss over about a pound per week is dangerous. Plus, with a quick fix, you go back to the way you were before very easily. You have to start changing your whole life.

Eat healthier
Take a multivitamin
Get an exercise partner and routine
Do the little things (take the stairs rather than elevator, etc..)
Get plenty of water every day

This should get you started. Jogging will target your thighs. Scorpions target your butt. Get on all fours and slowly curl one leg up like a scorpion tail.

Cut out all carbohydrates. No sugar, fruit, bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, cereals or grains.

Eat all proteins: meat, fish, poultry, dairy, eggs and cheese.

Also have green veggies or any veggies.

Your body will resort to burning stored carbs fast...fat! Your metabolism stays active because you can eat as much proteins as you want. It's like the Atkins Diet. It works if you do it right. Mix that with some exercise and bam!

People also take a diuretic/la-sics (sp?) like a water pill the day of the deadline to get retained water weight out of your system (secret of the stars)......I'm not a doctor and am not advising that you do this.

You need to check out the book "French Women Don't Get Fat" and do something for toning like Pilates. Also, do at least 30 min of cardio daily!

dont eat lunch. eat friuts ,drink water. and workout before bed.
