but she asked if he wanted to go to the bar he said ya she gave him a drink that had some drug in it he got drunk she took him home they had sex last night and he called me at 6:00am to tell me he apoligized should i forgive him or not?

my question is why was he at the bar with your friend when he is dating you. Trouble. She doesn't sound like a very good friend.
Whether or not you forgive him, what he did was wrong and what she did was worse.

Yes! You should be mad at your friend, if you could call her that. Just talk to her and him and have them explain everything. If he called you it means that he really cares and didn't want you to get hurt by lying or finding out later. Next I would talk to your "friend" and ask why she did this. Get the facts and listen to your heart. Set some rules for you and your man. Explain to your friend that he is yours and she can't have him. And if she still trys to take him away from you, ask her why and if you guys should be friends in the first place.

Absolutely no. Even if that "I was drugged" story was true... he did put himself in that position. If he cared or had any respect for you (and your feelings) he would have never done anything to jeopardize what he has(had) with you. Find someone that's better... there's plenty of men out there.

no, do not forgive, because what is the meaning of friendship. you female pal shouldn't take your guy that way. and if you guy is druged into having sex, he is rape, call the cops than you will forgive him, if not, don't he is just a player

I wouldn't forgive him and I wouldn't like my friend anymore either. That is really messed what he did to you and taht your friend did that too.
