well 3 weeks has been kind of a long time. most girls would like to have a call the next day..but that rarly happens. so must of the time were happy with a couple days later. if a guy called me 3 weeks later i would think that he wanted me as a booty call or something. so you should be honest with her and say something like you really wanted to call her earlier but misplaced her number and just found or something like that....but dont get to corny like saying youve just been busy at work cause thats an old one! GOOD LUCK....next time dont wait so long!

She'll be fine if you handle it right, just tell her the truth, mabey add a little, For example, Sorry I haven't called you already, Honestly I was kind of nervus to. Or I would have called you before but i have been working alot latley, what ever you poor and pathetic excuse is, tell her, and seem confident about it, if she doesn't like that, then do her best friend. (especialy if the best friend is a fugo)

She will probably tell you no. 3 weeks is a long time not to call someone after you've gotten their number.

She probably won't even remember you and if she does she's going to wonder why the hell it took you 3 weeks to call.

you maybe to late...i would guess if you really liked her or thought she you...you would have called sooner...if she remembers you she maybe shocked and wonder what your deal is...if not then she is as desperate as you..
