if you want to pay your deductable and pay for the price hike you will get then go for it, if not don't worry about it, I wouldn't.

If there is no danger of rusting, like with vinyl bumpers,
then don't worry about it. If you do have it fixed, it won't raise your premium unless it was done while the vehicle was in motion and you caused it. Like running into something. My husband had some repairs done to his car, that were caused by a car on the freeway that had a blowout and the tire peices flew into his lane. At that velocity, it caused damage upwards of $1300. It was worth fixing.

no- don't bother! too much of a hassle and most insurance you have a deductable anyway so they wouldn't pay--- and if it's from an accident that was not your fault the other company will drag their feet and not want to pay because it's so minor.... just get it buffed out.
