There are no *natural* cures for blocked Fallopian tubes--it's scar tissue that's (usually? always?) caused by having had pelvic inflammatory disease (which is often caused by Chlamydia) at one time or another. AFAIK, once you've got scar tissue, it's there for life--unless you get surgery, and surgery can often result in having even more scar tissue.

I don't blame you for not wanting to try in vitro. I don't mean to be cheeky or rude, but is adoption a possibility, given that you want more kids? Or would it be possible to just be satisfied with whatever kids you already have?

The most common cause for 'blocked' fallopian tubes is fibrosis due to previous episode/s of PID. If this is the case for you, this blockage is due to fibrosis (ie scar tissue), and is not amenable to simple remedies or medications (just like you cannot make a skin scar go away with a healthy diet, supplement, etc).

Get your answer from a doctor that specializes in Females & Fertilization. Do not try anything that someone suggests - it could further lenghten your results in trying to get pregnant & also prevent you from ever getting pregnant.
