This is a very good and easy to answer question. Take vitamin B complex, use a conditioner after towel drying and leave it in, just a little dab (the size of a pea for medium length hair) and for several weeks use a product like Cholestrol to repair the hair. I am an organic person but have recently had cancer and my hair was damaged by the drugs/radiation. My hair is now back to it's old self and looks great. A real good all over trim on a regular basis will help too. You can't "repair" split ends, they have to be trimmed out.

actually, not too long ago i highlighted my hair and got a perm within 2 days. This fried my hair compLETELY! i tried tonnes of hot oil treatments and none of it worked. So i went to the salon, and they told me to get a reconstructor. There are lots of different kinds, but i used KMS. I also had to get my hair cut, but the reconstructor did the rest of the work.

I have study plenty on that subject matter, and a couple of come to concepts: L'anza remedies Joico ok-pak keep in mind, a protein reconstructor isn't a conditioner. After a protein reconstructor, you want to deep-situation. it would want to really take a even as to get it back into structure.

You have to get it trimmed every six weeks. You can also try a deep conditioning treatment once a week. The only thing that will get rid of breakage and damage is time.
