My Internet Provider only allows me to check my e-mail if I use its internet services, and not from another ISP. So I thought that I should set up a proxy server, since I know there are lots, and my ISP would think that I'm connecting from another country, and that is ok. But I can't find the option to enter my proxy address and port anywhere in Outlook 2003!!! What should I do?

Its when you go to the setup wizard to add an account. When you go to TOOLS then EMAIL ACCOUNTS, a setup wizard pops up. You need to go through the configuration of adding an email. A menu will come up and under the CONNECTION tab, you can set up a proxy.
