Drop the phone book on her head when she's not looking.

I've also heard that you can cure hiccups by tickling. So tickle her until she slaps you, then slap her back twice as hard.

To get rid of hiccups, hold your breath for about 20 seconds or longer, or go to a water faucet in your home, and while the cold water is running, take about 10 big gulps of it. I don't know if this works for everyone, but it works for me most of the time.

Have her drink 8 glasses of water through a straw, while standing on her head, while also juggling flaming swords, just before you, dressed as an evil clown, walk up behind her and scare her to death. Works every time.

Hold out a ten dollar bill, and make a BIG point of telling her if she hiccups one more time, you'll give it to her. But you have to emphasis that you'll give it to her a lot, so that's all she's concentrating on.

Throw a bible at her and shout "Out demon hiccup, out!"
A phone book isn't strong enough, it's time to get biblical.
