invite several people over for hamburgers. put the into a glass bowl, add two packages lipton onion soup mix, 2-3 TB worchestershire sauce and 2-3 TB water. Mix with your hands and form into patties. Better if left in the fridge for a couple of hours before cooking.

Tacos, homemade hamburger helper, hamburgers, meatballs, spaghetti, spaghetti casserole and that's all I can think of. Oh wait, you could mash up some potatoes, open a couple cans of corn and cook up the meat then layer them with the corn and potatoes in a casserole, that is so yummy.

Have you ever tried stuffed meatloaf?
You just make your meatloaf like usual, then lay out a piece of wax paper. Put down some crumbled crackers or dried bread crumbs. Then smash your meatloaf out on it like a rectangle. Then spread on mashed potatoes, stuffing, cheese, and just about anything you like. Then you roll it up. You can put BBQ sauce on top or gravy and bake.
I don't care for meatloaf myself, but my husband likes it and always wants me to make the stuffed meatloaf.

Make hamburgers on the stove-top. Just add oatmeal, garlic powder, a med. onion , salt and pepper and mix. Turn your stove on to med-high heat with a few tablespoons of cooking oil. Make sure to flip your patties every 5 minutes or so.

Soften two onions and two bell peppers in a pan with some garlic, stir in the mince and brown through. Meanwhile cook up enough pasta for the diners and mix the mince through the cooked pasta in a large ovenproof dish. Add two cans of condensed tomato soup and mix through. Top with grated cheese, cover and cook for 40 minutes in a moderate oven. Yum yum! One of our family's all-time fav dishes! Enjoy :0)

I believe you can cook the 2nd lb of burger and then store it for later. I think you can even freeze it again after it's been cooked. Then make tacos, spagetti sauce or something else next week.
