Normal.
She is showing dominance.
In a male / female dog home usually the female is really the dog in charge. She is the one who would dictate when it is time to breed and that would make her top dog.
It is not uncommon for a female to do this and he will either learn and take it or fight back.

This a elementary element with excitable dogs. i comprehend that others breeds, like Cocker Spaniels, might want to nicely be liable to it. some dogs do it out of being overly submissive. different dogs do exactly it because they get excited and would't comprise themselves. you want to workout the dogs and socialize it with many dogs and individuals. If it would not see new human beings/dogs being close to it and petting it as a large deal, they ought to not pee out of exhilaration. protecting them exercised will also help to save down the buzz. And in case you're deliberating getting a Miniature Dachshund, approaches to spell it first, and then analyze a lot more advantageous about the breed like elementary well being complications.

I grew up with a female Dachshund. Before she was fixed, and even after--I think--, she did that thing that you normally see male dogs doing. It was considered normal. This may just mean that she likes him.
Also, this might be a bread thing, because I haven't noticed other breads' females doing this.

this is natural and just a form of dominance, especially if your male is neutered. She is just showing dominance and trying to establish herself as the "alpha" of the two, pretty much putting him in he is place, LOL, it should pass soon

Yes it is normal. Dominance or hormones acting up - she is about the age she will be coming into her first heat.
