Quick fix remedies are at best an expensive folly and at worse dangerous.

Think about it - would anyone bother with expensive gym membership is a pill would do the same?

Sorry, there are no quick fixes. Excercise and sensible eating are the only way to loose weight effectively - what happens when you stop taking the pills?

I've tried Dixarits, they're like miniature blue Smarties. Do five or six washed down with a can of Spesh and you'll be speeding your nips off for a good few hours.

I haven't tried any slimming pills and I would say - don't !!! Many of them will not help and are bad for you. And expensive.

I know it sounds hard work - but drink lots of water, do some exercise you enjoy to your favourite music and eat a calorie controlled diet.

Good luck!!!

Personally I don't think any pills are the answer. You don't know the side effects and will power is the only long term answer. Just healthy eating. No fad diets!
