You can eat them maximum 4 times per week, if you eat them daily they can be very harmful to your health; seeing that the sausage has Fat, Satured Fat, Trans Fat , Cholesterol and Sodium; also the hot dog is included in the fast food chain.
So don't eat them daily, eat them with responsability; otherwise you'll end in the hospital.

NO. They are full of fat and salt. The meat that is used is the scrap from ears, snouts, tails and God knows what else.
I would limit myself to a couple of times a month if I were you.

There are many brands out there but the Turkey Franks are low in fat and sodium and have a great flavor and are great on a low carb diet...

health wise ..NO..they are not good for you...but they do taste good...however eaten in moderation...as in once a week its okay...like all other foods that are bad for you...eating it once in a while is fine and will not harm you.
