goto e0-video.com and download the free trial. You can convert the video to something more easily played. Also, quicktime PRO will convert it to a .mov file but you need the registered version of quicktime, not the freebie.

uhm.. im not sure if wmp supports dat type of file, but you can play it with Quicktime.. and i think that's a .3gp file, common file-type for cellphones with built-in camera
