instead of bicep curls just lift a light wieght with a straight arm palms up in front of you. bring it up to shoulder height then down again, repeat 15-20 times. This will flatten and straighten the muscle to appear more feminine.

Everyone seems to be saying not to work the muscles and they will reduce in size on their own, but for the last 10 years I've tried this approach and mine have never gone down. I think the best thing to do (and I'm still working on this) would be to accept how you look and love yourself the way you are. Being fit is a good thing!

I agree with the guys before me, dont worry about it so much, but what might help to switch up your workout... less wieght more reps, use things like the resistance bands and free wieghts instead of the machines at the gym, and again bump up the reps to like 20 - 25 and drop the wieght like 10-20 lbs, you will still feel a burn and tone your muscles they just wont get big

Many men like a woman who's fit and can show it, but if you really want to down-size, then just don't work those muscles for a while. Then, once they go down, just do a little work out on them to keep them toned.

Don't exercise them that much and they will decrease in a couple of years. As you reduce exercise, reduce your diet too, because you don't want to replace muscles with fat.
I suppose it's not that urgent so as to require surgery (something that transsexuals do). But as opposed to them, by not exercising you will return to the natural feminine look.

Get rid of them?? That's entirely the wrong attitude to take. You don't need to get rid of them, but to alter their appearance.
Firstly, change your exercise routine to more aerobic and less strength training. Muscles will decrease in size naturally. Lift smaller weights (more reps) to maintain strength, but do NOT lift heavy weights (this rips the muscles and makes them bigger).

do a lot of cardio--running, biking, elliptical
and eat healthy
lay off the weights for a while and see if you have any significant changes
i would do an hour cardio on any given day--and 4-5 times a week with a rest day inbetween
good luck!

You are a muscular teenage woman? Great! What damn fool told you that's a bad thing? Use your muscly arm to throw a punch at this idiot. Muscles are very useful things, keep them, cherish and nurture them.

Don't worry about it. I love a girl with good definition and I am sure I am not the only one out there who thinks that way. Keep taking care of yourself and don't get hung up on what you "think" one or two guys or girls might think of your muscular arms!
